Coastal CMS had a special year in 2016.
We won a very large contract with the United States Air Force. With that, we temporarily stopped accepting new partner clients so that we continue to provide a high level of service. We are proud to have contributed to the training and education of new Air Force Airman and appreciate the opportunity to, once again, work with the United States military.
2016 also saw the tipping point for mobile access.
As of 1 January, we no longer have any clients who have more web visits from desktop/tablets than from smart phones. While the majority of our client sites have been 'mobile friendly' for the last couple of years, all new updates will reflect a 'mobile first' design and functionality.
New Client Services.
Beginning this month we have started a small business "digital strategy" blog. We have typically answered client technology questions on the phone or through email. We will continue this practice but in addition, answer the most common questions in the blog so all clients can benefit. We'll add to this tips and strategies that we use our self. If there is a question you would like to see answered - please ask here
